摘　　要：通过对气体加热器在苛刻的高温差应力工况下失效原因的分析 ,找出了延长该换热器使用寿命的攻关对策 :主材采用高温热强钢 ,同时改进设备结构 ,优化工艺操作 ,减缓综合局部应力腐蚀 。Through the analysis of failure cause of gas heater using under the harsh, high thermostress operating condition, this article tackles the key problem on the increase of service life of the gas heater: using high temperature resistant refractory steel as it's main body material, and synchronously, improving on the device structure, optimizing technological operation, slowing up the compositive partial stress corrosion, and as a result, the application effect is remarkable.
