摘　　要：北安市海天大厦原设计为 5层框架 ,在建至第 2层时决定改变顶层使用功能 ,须将顶层若干根内柱抽掉。着重介绍了抽柱设计的思想 ,抽柱后对预应力框架进行的计算 ,原设计基础及柱的验算、补强等内容 ,可供类似工程改造设计时参考。The original design of Haitian Building in Bei′an is a five-story frame building.When the second story was being constructed,the function of the top story needs to be changed and several columns of the top story need to be removed.It is introduced that the design idea of removing columns,design of the prestressed concrete frame after removing columns,checking and strengthening of relative columns and relative single-foundations in the original design.It can serve as reference in modifying the design of homogeneous structures.
