摘　　要：根据《混凝土结构加固规范》(CECS 2 5 :90 ) ,简述了钢筋混凝土受弯构件加固的基本计算理论 ,编制了程序设计流程 ,并应用VB语言实现了软件设计 ;重点介绍了东大迪普加固软件系统中扩大截面法加固受弯构件的设计模块和计算方法 ,最后通过应用实例进行了说明。Based on “Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structures” (CECS 25:90), the basic calculating theory of strengthening RC flexural member with enlarging cross-section was introduced, design process was coded and software development was also realized using Visual Basic 6^0 software. Strengthening model and calculating method of enlarging cross-section of flexural member in SEU-DEEP was further given; finally an example was used to show this course.
