军队病人大额住院费用影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的　通过对大样本相关病案的研究 ,找出军队病人公费医疗费用居高不下的原因。方法　本文对某军区总医院 35 8份军队住院病人大额住院费用进行调查 ,系统分析了此类病人的相关自然特征及影响其住院费用的主要因素。结果　军队病人大额住院费用主要受年龄、职务、病种、平均住院日等因素的影响。结论　控制过高的公费医疗费用的关键在于控制平均住院日 ,实施恰当的诊疗措施 ,严格控制价格昂贵西药的核发及特殊检查的实施。Objective To find out the real causation of the overwhelming free medical expenses of army patients by means of investigating associated cases of large samples. Methods 358 cases of high expenses that are more than RMB 5000 were investigated and the natural characters of such patients and t he main factors that affected the medical expenses most were analyzed. Re sults The main factors that affected the overwhelming free medical expenses of army patients are age, position, kind of disease, and mean inpatient duration. Conclusion The key point of well-controlled free medical expenses is to control the inpatient duration, to perform proper diagnostic measures and treatment and to control subscription of imported expensive medicine and unnecessary special inspection.
