摘　　要：为了洪水预报,瑞典国家水文气象局开发了HBV水文预报模型及与之相集成的软件系统。比较详细地介绍了模型的结构、功能及应用领域。HBV模型目前被瑞典及北欧国家广泛使用。Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute developed HBV hydrological forecast model and an integrative system based on flood forecast. The structure, function, and application fields of this model are elucidated in detail. It is being utilized extensively in North European countries presently.
