摘  要:由于活性二氧化锰生产液成分复杂 ,采用目前测定纯NaClO3的方法分析活性二氧化锰生产液中氯酸钠时 ,共存组分对测定存在严重干扰。因此 ,本文就消除干扰组分 ,优化测定条件做了一些试验 ,确立了用二氧化锰沉淀分离锰后 ,重铬酸钾滴定法测定活性二氧化锰生产液中氯酸钠。本法可用于生产过程监控、测定。NaClO3回收率达 99 5 %~ 10 0 5 % ,相对标准偏差为 0 3 3 %。For the fact that chemical composition in the production solution of activated manganese dioxide is complicated,the coexisting components interfere in the determination of sodium chlorate when using the common method for the analysis of pure sodium chlorate.Therefore the measures to eliminate the interference by coexisting components and optimal conditions of determination were studied.A new method for the determination of sodium chlorate in the production solution of activated manganese dioxide by titation with patassium chromate after separation of manganese dioxide precipitation was developed.The method could be used for monitoring production. The average recovery of NaClO 3 was in the range of 99.5%-100.5%.The relative standard deviation was 0.33%.
