摘　　要：目的 :研究头孢菌素的皮试问题 ,为临床医师提供药学服务。 方法 :调查汕头市及汕头市中心医院头孢菌素的皮试方法 ,并查阅资料 ,对头孢菌素引起的过敏性休克及死亡进行统计 ,并对过敏反应的机制进行探讨。 结果 :提出头孢菌素的皮试方法及判断标准 ,供临床参考。 结论 :头孢菌素的皮试能确保其使用的安全性。Objective: To study intradermal test of cephalosporins in order to provide pharmaceutical care for doctors. Methods: Intradermal test of cephalosporins in Shangtou Central Hospital and Shantou city was survey, the literature about the accidents of allergy were consulted and deaths due to using cephalosporins were counted up. The mechanism of allergy was discussed. Results: The method of intradermal test of cephalosporins and criteria of judgement were established. Conclusion: The safety of use of cephalosporins could be ensured by intradermal test.
