摘　　要：随着新颁《医疗事故处理条例》的实施和“举证责任倒置”的司法实践,病案借阅管理中的遗留问题有违目前的形势要求,针对以往借阅管理中出现的借阅权限不清、逾期归还甚至病案丢失的缺陷,我院重新修订了《病案借阅规定》,严明了处罚措施,规范和强化了病案借阅的管理工作,目前已见成效。With implementing 《New handling regulation of medical malpractice》and 《legislation of the converted onus probandi》, Some Problems about medical medical-lending, such as ambiguous lending-rights, exceeding -date, even losing medical records still exist and the condition becomes grim. In order to improve our work, the hospital revises the regulations of medical record lending, strengthens its management and we got a good effect.
