摘 要:目的 :研究阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病(DM)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 :26例2型DM患者,在原口服药物基础上给予阿卡波糖100mg,每日3次,连续12周,测定治疗前后血糖及用高分辨血管外彩色多普勒测定肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果 :治疗后比较治疗前餐后血糖、胰岛素敏感指数和肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能均有显著性改善(P<0.01或0.05);肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能与体重指数、胰岛素敏感指数呈显著负相关(P=0.049,P=0.031)。结论 :阿卡波糖可能通过降低餐后高血糖,改善机体胰岛素敏感性 ,使血管内皮功能得到改善 ,延缓慢性血管并发症的发生与发展。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Acarbose in treatment of endothelium-dependent dilatation function(EDDF) in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: The subjects(n=26) were orally given Acarbose (100 mg,t.i.d) for 12 weeks. The change of plasma glucose、fasting plasma insulin and EDDF of the brachial artery were measured by using Doppler high resolution ultrasound. The datas were assessed by analysis of t test、correlations of multiple variables by pluralism stepwise regression analysis.Results: The improvements of the 2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG)、Homa IR and EDDF of the brachial artery were superior to those before curative(P<0.01 or 0.05), Stepwise regression analysis showed that the EDDF of the brachial artery correlated with body weight index(BMI) and Homa IR negatively (P=0.049,P=0.031). Conclusion: Acarbose can improve insulin sensitivity and the endothelial function in poorly controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus with 2 hPG by decreasing high glucose toxicity.
