摘　　要：[目的 ]了解 2型糖尿病病人的遵医行为。 [方法 ]采用自制的问卷 ,对普仁医院门诊 10 0例 2型糖尿病病人的遵医行为现状进行调查。 [结果 ]餐前血糖≤ 7.0mmol/L的病人在用药、控制饮食、坚持运动、定期监测方面的遵医行为一贯坚持率好于餐前血糖 >7.0mmol/L的病人 (P <0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]护理人员应加强对 2型糖尿病病人的健康教育 ,帮助他们建立或改善遵医行为 ,以减缓并发症发生 ,减少医疗费用 。Objective: to know about the compliance on doctor's advise behaviors in type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Method: a total of 100 outpatients with type Ⅱ DM were investigated on status quo of compliance on doctor's advise behaviors via filling out self-made questionnaires in Puren hospital. Result: the rate of compliance on doctor's advice behaviors in patients with pre-meal blood sugar ≤7.0 mmol/L was higher than that of patients with pre-meal blood sugar >7.0 mmol/L, including medication, diet control, keeping on exercising, regular monitoring of blood sugar(P<0.01). Conclusion: Nursing staff should help type Ⅱ DM patients to establish or improve the compliance on doctor's advise behaviors by providing health education, so as to slow down the occurrence of complications, reduce their medical cost, and enhance the living quality for them.
