摘　　要：目的 :利用 CT三维重建技术显示病变 ,分析、判断病变性质 ,为手术治疗提供指导。方法 :2 8例经 CT平扫发现肺内单发结节病变的病人 ,检查前均未经任何治疗。结果 :2 8例病人的三维立体形态显示良好 ,病灶外形显示直观 ,全面 ,立体定位准确。结论 :肺内结节三维重建简便易行 。Objective Using CT 3D reconstruction method to display disease, analysis the disease's character, and provide direction for therapy. Methods 28 cases of pulmonary nodus discovered by CT normal scan, which were not treated before check up. Results 3D stereo shape of 28 cases displayed well. The shape of nidus displayed directly and orientated accurately. Conclusion 3D reconstruction of pulmonary nodus is facile. It'd better to be combined with 2D tomography.
