高压氧救治气栓症患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的 :使气栓症患者在高压氧抢救中达到良好的治疗效果。方法 :采用 YC- 32 0 0 / 0 .3全电脑控制医用空气加压舱 ,治疗压力 0 .2 8MPa,头罩急救供氧 ,全程吸氧 ,总时间 170 min。采取密切观察病情变化 ,做好各种导管的护理 ,监测舱内氧浓度 ,观察患者吸氧情况。结果 :患者均在高压氧治疗 1次后神志转清。结论 :在高压氧抢救气栓症中 ,给予及时、周到、有效的护理 。Purpose To get the best curative effect of patients with gas infarction treated by hi-pressure oxygen. Methods Full-auto computer controlled medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber of Yc-3200/0.3 model, 0.28 Mpa treated pressure with mask supply and 170 minutes full period breath, were used. Observation of the state of illness, caring of every tube, monitoring of the concentration of oxygen and observation of the breath of patients were done. Results All patients getting consciousness after 1 hi-pressure oxygen treatment. Conclusion The key to treat the gas infarction is to care effectively in time.
