抗风湿中药胶囊剂中醋酸泼尼松的定性鉴别

摘　　要：目的:市售抗风湿药中怀疑含有激素物质,通过 TLC 法、HPLC 法鉴别药物中是否含有激素。方法:参照文献方法中泼尼松及其它甾体抗炎药的 TLC 方法以及醋酸泼尼松 HPLC 方法进行实验。结论:经 TLC 显色、HPLC 保留时间、以及 DAD 获得的 UV 图比较,确证抗风湿中药胶囊中含有醋酸泼尼。Objective:The commercial antirheumatic traditional Chinese medicine is suspected that it contains hormaone matter,we decide to detect the capsules whether or not contains the hormone by TLC and HPLC Method We made the test according to the reference literature of the TLC method of prednisone or steroid antiinflammatory and the HPLC method of prednisone ac- etate.Conclusion:We validate the possibility that the capsules contains the prednisone acetate by contrast sample with standard material with the TLC coloured method、HPLC retained time method and the UV dagram from DAD.
