摘　　要：目的:用 HPLC 法测定青霉素钠的含量。方法:以 C_(18)化学键和硅胶为固定相,6.8%(W/V)磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇-水(10:36:54)为流动相,检测波长为225nm,进行测定。结论:与电位滴定法比较,简化了方法,提高分析速度,专属性强。Objective:We detect assay of Penicillin Sodium using HPLC method.Method.We use a column 0.25m long and 4.6mm in internal diameter packed with octadecylsilyl silica gel for chromatography5 μm,and mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min a mixture of 10 volumes of disodium hydrogen phosphate and 36 volumes of methanol and 54 volumes of water.As detector a spectrophotometer set at 225nm.Result:the HPLC method is simple and rapidly than Potentio- metric Titration method.Moreover this method is more specialized.
