摘　　要：介绍了卡特彼勒公司开发的HEUI发动机供油系统及其故障诊断。这种喷油系统利用发动机润滑油作为燃油增压的工作介质,这是柴油机近十年最重要的技术革新之一。其增压式喷油器和电子控制系统的综合应用充分体现了卡特彼勒HEUI供油系统的独特功能。HEUI fuel supply system of Caterpillar and its troubleshooting are introduced in the article. The most eye-striking innovation in this system is that the lube oil of engine is used as working medium to pressurize fuel in the fuel injection system. This represents the most significant technical innovation in diesel engines. The pressurized injectors working with its electronic control system fully represents the unique functions of Caterpillar HEUI fuel system.
