摘　　要：介绍了我国速生丰产用材林基地建设工程概况,阐述了发展林纸一体化的意义和林业部门对实施林纸一体化工程采取的措施。The paper introduces the general situations of the construction of the fast-growing and high-yield timber forest bases in China and expounds the significance of developing forestry-paper integration and the measures adopted by departments of forestry to carry out theforestry-paper integration project.
