摘  要:研究了蔗渣黑液预煮段和第二段蒸煮的工艺条件。实验证明:黑液预煮改良的烧碱加助剂法蒸煮较常规烧碱加助剂法蒸煮脱木素的选择性及速率提高,所得的浆得率和粘度高,硬度较低,白度好。The paper provides a research into the technological conditions for the pre-cooking stage and the second stage of cookingbagasse . It has been found that the improved black liquor pre-cooking and sodium hydroxide plus auxiliary agent second-stage cookingis better than the conventional sodium hydroxide plus auxiliary agent method in the following aspects: the selectivity and speed ofcooking has been ncreased, the pulp yield and viscosity has been increased, the hardness has been lowered and thewhiteness improved.
