带状疱疹患者皮损程度与血清特异性IgG抗体、IgM抗体、IL-2、IL-10关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解带状疱疹患者不同皮损状态下血清水痘 -带状疱疹病毒IgG抗体、IgM抗体、IL -2、IL -1 0的表达情况。方法 :应用ELISA方法对带状疱疹 3 0例早期轻症患者、3 0例早期重症患者、2 6例恢复期患者和 3 0例正常对照血清IgG抗体、IgM抗体进行检测 ,同时检测了部分患者和健康者IL -2、IL -1 0的水平。结果 :IgG抗体在早期轻症组与早期重症组、正常对照组之间有差异 ,与恢复期之间无差异 ,但在早期重症组与恢复期、正常对照组三者之间也无差异 ;IgM抗体、IL -2在四组之间无差异 ;IL -1 0在早期重症组高于早期轻症组 ,恢复期组和正常对照组与其相比均有显著性差异 ,而早期轻症组、恢复期组、正常对照组三者之间并无差异 ;IgG抗体、IgM抗体与IL -2、IL -1 0以及IL -2 /IL -1 0之间经相关分析均无相关性。结论 :带状疱疹患者血清IgG抗体、IgM抗体和IL -2水平与皮损严重程度之间无明显关系 ,IL -1 0水平在早期重症患者明显升高。Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the degree of skin damage and serum specific IgG、IgM、IL-2、IL-10 in patients with herpes zoster. Methods: 86 patients (30 early mild patients、 30 early severe patients and 26 convalescent patients) and 30 normal controls were involved in the study. Their serum specific IgG and IgM were detected by ELISA. The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were measured in some patients and normal controls. Results:IgG in early mild patients were lowered as compared to early severe patients and the normal controls, but there were no significant differenc as compared to convalescent patients; IgG in early severe patients、 control group and convalescent patients showed no statistical difference. IgM and IL-2 showed no significant difference in all groups. The notable relationship between IgG、 IgM and IL-2、 IL-10、 IL-2/IL-10 were not observed. The level of IL-10 in early severe group was higher than that in others, but there was no significant difference among early mild、 convalescent and control group. Conclusion: These findings suggested that the degree of skin damage was not related to serum specific IgG、 IgM、 IL-2 in herpes zoster. IL-10 level was increased in early severe patients with herpes zoster, which might play partial role in the pathogenesis of herps zoster.
