摘　　要：目的 :了解尖锐湿疣患者治疗前后自测健康量表的变化 ,评价心理护理对其治疗前后自测健康量表的影响。方法 :对 1 0 0例尖锐湿疣患者和 5 0例正常人群进行治疗前和治疗后 2周、4周、3月自测健康评定量表 (SRHMS)的评定。尖锐湿疣患者分为激光 +干扰素 ,激光 +干扰素 +心理护理 2组。结果 :尖锐湿疣患者的心理和社会健康与正常人群存在显著差异 ,增加心理护理治疗后 ,患者的自测健康改善显著。结论 :尖锐湿疣患者心理和社会健康明显低于正常人群 ,加强心理护理十分重要。Objective:To find out the difference of self-rated health measurement scale (SRHMS) on patients with condyloma acuminatum and assess influence on self-rated health by mentality nurse before and after treatment. Methods: 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum and 50 normal persons received SRHMS assessment before treatment and 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 3 months later. The patients were divided into 2 groups and treated by laster+interferon or laser+interferon+mentality nurse. Results: The self-rated health on patients with condyloma acuminatum was significantly lower than that of normal persons. Conclusion: Psychological and social health on patients with condyloma acuminatum was significantly lower than that of normal persons. Mentality nurse is very important to increase the clinical treatment effects of patients. SRHMS is an effective method to measure self-rated health and monitor health of patients with condyloma acuminatum.
