氯马斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗荨麻疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察氯马斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法 :1 3 0例随机分成 2组 ,治疗组口服氯马斯汀与雷尼替丁 ,对照组口服氯雷他定与雷尼替丁 ,急性病例用药 6天 ,慢性病例用药1 2天 ,然后进行疗效评价。结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 81 82 %和 87 5 0 % ,两组疗效比较差异无显著性 ( χ2 =0 70 95 ,P >0 0 5 ) ,不良反应轻。结论 :氯马斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗荨麻疹疗效好 ,副作用少。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of clemastine combined ranitidine used in treatment of urticaria. Methods:130 cases were divided into two groups. The patients in study group were prescribed with clemastine and ranitidine. The patients in control group were prescribed with loriatadine and ranitidine. The course was six days for acute cases and twelve days for chronic cases. The effect of treatment was recorded when the course was over. Results: The total effective rate of the therapy group was 81.82%, the control group was 87.50%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (χ 2=0.7095, P>0.05). The adverse reactions were slight. Conclusion:Clemastine combined with ranitidine had obvious effect in treatment of urticaria with few side effects.
