心脏X综合征患者长期随访研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨心脏X综合征患者远期预后。方法　对 1991年 9月至 2 0 0 1年 11月在我院诊断为心脏X综合征的 175例患者 ,进行了电话或门诊方式随访。结果　共随访到 10 8例患者 ,随访率为 6 2 % ,失访全部由于地址或电话号码变动。随访 1 5～ 12 5年 ,平均 4 6年。患者无心脏原因死亡 ,5 8例 ( 5 4 % )心绞痛症状较前减轻 ,2 6例 ( 2 4 % )症状同前 ,2 4例 ( 2 2 % )较前加重。 1例( 0 9% )发生心肌梗死 ,12例 ( 11% )因病情加重再次入院 ,其中 6例复查冠状动脉造影 ,4例发现冠状动脉临界狭窄病变。 10 8例心脏X综合征患者中 5 9例 ( 5 5 % )合并高血压 ,其病情较无合并高血压患者重。结论　心脏X综合征患者远期预后良好 ,高血压与心脏X综合征有密切联系。Objective To investigate the long term prognosis of patients with X syndrome. Methods One hundred and seventy five patients, who were diagnosed as X syndrome in our hospital from September 1991 to November 2001, were followed up by telephone. Results One hundred and eight patients were followed with a follow up rate of 62%. The failure to follow up was due to changes of address and telephone number in the remaining 67 patients. During a mean 4 6 years follow up period(1 5-12 5 years), there was no cardiac death and 1 patients developed myocardial infarction. Anginal symptom was relieved in 58 (54%) patients, unchanged in 26 (24%) and became worse in 24 (22%). Twelve patients were readmitted to the hospital because of significant chest pain, 6 of them were underwent repeat coronary angiography with borderline lesions in 4 patients. In all 108 patients, 55% had associated essential hypertension. These patients had more coronary events than those without hypertension. Conclusions Long term prognosis of X syndrome seems good, and essential hypertension correlates closely with X-syndrome.
