136例尖锐湿疣患者的治疗及护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨尖锐湿疣的治疗和护理方法。方法 :对 1 3 6例尖锐湿疣采用二氧化碳激光治疗及施行各种护理措施。结果 :1 3 6例患者治愈率为 82 3 5 % ,复发率为 1 7 65 % ;术后 8例男性患者出现包皮水肿 ,经精心护理后 ,迅速消肿、创口愈合。结论 :CO2 激光治疗尖锐湿疣前后采取各种有效的护理措施 ,能提高治愈率 ,加快创面愈合及减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the strategies of treatment and nursing care of condyloma acuminata (CA). Methods:136 cases with CA were treated by CO 2 laser and cared by varied measures. Results:The cure rate among the 136 cases was 82.35%, and the recurrent rate was 17.65%, 8 male cases occurred foreskin dropsy after surgery. All the wounds could heal up through good nursing care. Conclusion:That caring the cases with CA with varied effective measures before and after CO 2 laser surgery could improve the cure rate, accelerate the wound healed up and reduce complications.
