活血化瘀类方剂对局灶性脑缺血损伤的作用比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀类方剂血府逐瘀汤、通窍活血汤、补阳还五汤、桃红四物汤对脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:检测大鼠大脑中动脉缺血后3,6h脑组织匀浆及血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD),丙二醛,一氧化氮,Na+-K+ATP酶的变化及活血化瘀4古方对其影响并比较4种古方抗脑缺血损伤的作用。结果:血府逐瘀汤、通窍活血汤、补阳还五汤能提高脑缺血损伤大鼠SOD,Na+-K+ATP酶的活性,降低丙二醛、一氧化氮的含量(P<0.05,0.01),其作用补阳还五汤比通窍活血汤、血府逐瘀汤强(P<0.05,0.01)。病理损伤程度:血府逐瘀汤,通窍活血汤组和补阳还五汤组大鼠脑组织病理损伤与对照组比较均较轻,补阳还五汤组<通窍活血汤组<血府逐瘀汤组。结论:补阳还五汤、通窍活血汤、血府逐瘀汤有抗脑缺血损伤作用,对缺血大鼠脑有保护作用。以补阳还五汤作用最强,通窍活血汤次之,血府逐瘀汤较弱。AIM:To explore the protecting role of huoxue huayu four Chinese medicinal compounds (xuefu zhuyu tang, tongqiao huoxue tang, buyang huanwu tang, and taohong siwu tang) in cerebral ischemia damage. METHODS:The changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),content of malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO) level,and the activity of Na+ K+ATP enzyme in homogenate and serum were measured at 3 and 6 hours after middle cerebral artery ischemia in rats.And the effect of the four ancient Chinese medicinal compounds on them was tested.The effect of the four ancient Chinese medicinal compounds on cerebral ischemic damage was compared. RESULTS:Xuefu zhuyu tang, tongqiao huoxue tang, and buyang huanwu tang could increase the activities of SOD and Na+ K+ATP enzyme,and reduced the contents of MDA and NO(P< 0.05,0.01).The effect of buyang huanwu tang was better than that of tongqiao huoxue tang and xuefu zhuyu tang(P< 0.05,0.01) .The degree of pathological damage:The pathological damage of rats in xuefu zhuyu tang, tongqiao huoxue tang,and buyang huanwu tang groups was slighter than that of the control group,among which the damage of buyang huanwu tang group was mild,and that of tongqiao huoxue tang group was mederate, and that of xuefu zhuyu tang group was severe. CONCLUSION:Buyang huanwu tang,tongqiao huoxue tang,and xuefu zhuyu tang can prevent the cerebral ischemic damage and protect the brain of rats against ischemia.The effect of buyang huanwu tang is the strongest,that of tongqiao huoxue tang is the secondary,and that of xuefu zhuyu tang is the weakest.
