摘　　要：为摸清西昌市生猪旋毛虫感染的强度和分布情况,我们采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法和常规压片镜检法对从我市4个定点屠宰场采集的生猪血清和膈肌进行检验。结果表明,屠宰后生猪旋毛虫平均检出率为0.029%,血清旋毛虫抗体阳性率为6.22%,西昌市有旋毛虫病流行。For investigating Xichang pigs' trichina infection condition, we adopted ELISA and the microscope examination methods to examine the muscle and serum from 4 specifying slaughter house in Xichang. The result showed that the average examination ratio on trichina was 0.029%,the serum percentage of trichina antibody was 6.22%,There was trichina disease in Xichang.
