摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝移植术后早期并发症的预防及处理。方法 :分析2002年5月—2003年12月武警总医院与天津市第一中心医院合作实施的137例肝移植患者临床资料。结果 :围手术期死亡11例 (8% ) ,急性排斥反应7例 ,胆道并发症14例 ,肝动脉狭窄1例。结论 :肝移植术后并发症复杂多变,积极预防。Objective:To study the prevention and treatment of early stage complications after liver transˉplantation.Methods:Data of137liver transplantation patients from May2002to December2003were retroˉspectively analyzed.Results:Eleven patients died in perioperative stage(8%),the rate of acute rejection was5.1%,the rate of biliary complication was10.2%,and1patient showed hepatic artery atresia.Conclusion:The complications after liver transplantation are very complex.Active prevention,early diagnosis,and approˉpriate treatment are the key methods to raise survival rate of patients after liver transplantation.
