乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌的临床疗效并探讨该复方中药制剂抗肺癌的作用机理。方法 :对 10 0例经细胞病理学证实的肺癌患者 ,随机分为乾坤胶囊组 (胶囊组 ) 34例 ,化疗组 33例 ,化疗 +胶囊组 (综合组 ) 33例。从临床症状、免疫指标、血象、生活状态 (Karnofsky评分标准 )、体重及p5 3、PCNA的表达等方面进行了前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果 :胶囊组、综合组、化疗组的总有效率分别为 94 1%、90 9%、5 7 5 %。经统计分析 ,胶囊组、综合组与化疗组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 0 1及P <0 0 5 )。显示乾坤胶囊对肺癌患者能明显改善症状、增加体重、有效地提高生存质量、显著地提高细胞免疫功能 (NK细胞、LAK细胞、IL 2、CD3 、CD4、CD4 CD8)、降低p5 3及PCNA阳性细胞数。结论 :乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌疗效确切 ,无不良反应。其机理是全面提高患者的免疫功能 ,抑制p5 3及PCNA的表达。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qiankun capsule on lung cancer,and to investigate its mechanism of anti tumor action.Methods:100 patients with lung cancer identified by cytopathology were randomly divided into three groups including 34 cases in Qiankun capsule group,33 cases in chemotherapy group and 33 cases in chemotherapy+Qiankun capsule group.The clinical symptoms,immonological parameters,blood picture,life condition(Karnofsky Score),body weight and the expressions of p53 and PCNA were observed for three groups.Results:The total effective rates were 94.1%,90.9% and 57.5% in Qiankun capsule group,chemotherapy group and chemotherapy+Qiankun capsule group respectively.There were significant differences among three groups by statistical analysis( P<0.01 or P<0.05 ).Qiankun capsule could improve clinical symptoms,increase body weight,improve life quality effectively,increase cellular immunologic function obviously(NK,LAK,IL 2,CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8),and decrease the expressions of p53 and PCNA.Conclusion:Qiankun capsule is effective in treating lung cancer,without side effect.Its machanism of action is to increase the immunological function of patients comprehensively and to depress the expression of p53 and PCNA.
