局部真空疗法治疗深部脓肿(附21例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨真空疗法(VAC)治疗深部脓肿的效果。方法自2000年元月至2004年元月,对21例深部脓肿采用VAC治疗,安置局部VAC系统,真空泵开机20min停止20min。结果经VAC治疗4～6d,脓腔水肿减轻,肉芽组织充沛生长,脓腔缩小,脓腔每克组织细菌数由106～108个降至102～103个(P<0.01),21例深部脓肿平均愈合时间13d。结论局部真空疗法能促进脓腔缩小和改善组织血液循环,缩短治疗时间,可以安全用于治疗急慢性深部脓肿。Objeetive To investigate the role of vacuum assisted closure(VAC) therapy for the treatment of deep abscess.Methods 21 patients had been treated with the VAC, using a vacuum pump 20mins on/20mins off intermittently.Results After treatment for 4 to 6 days,the tissue edema was decreased and profuse granulation tissure grew rapidly and bacteria counts were decreased from 106 to 108 per gram of tissue to 102 to 103 per gram of tissue in pus cavity(P< 0 01). The average time of wound healing for 21 patients was 13 days.Conclusions The VAC therapy can facilitate shrinkage of pus cavity,increase local blood flow and be used to treat both acute and chronic deep abscess safely.
