五子衍宗丸中五味子与南五味子的液相色谱法鉴别

摘　　要：目的 :鉴别五子衍宗丸中五味子与南五味子。方法 :采用RP HPLC法 ,以五味子甲素为参考峰 ,色谱柱 :SUPELCOSILC18柱 ;流动相 :甲醇∶水 ( 6 5∶35 ) ;流速 :1 0ml/min ;检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 :在选定的色谱条件下 ,提供了稳定可控的药材及制剂液相色谱图。药材及制剂的图谱有较好的相关性。结论 :采用色谱技术能够鉴别五子衍宗丸制剂中五味子与南五味子。Objective:To identify Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae in Wu Zi Yan Zong Pill(WZYZP). Methods: Columm SUPELCOSIL C 18 ;Mobile phase:methanol-water (65∶35);Detection wavelength:254 nm.Results: Using above optimum chromatography conditions,the HPLC chromatography of relative medicinal materials and WZYZP was established.Conclusion: HPLC chromatography can be used for identification of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae in WZYZP.
