新型同种异体猪全胰十二指肠移植模型的建立与评价

摘　　要：目的　建立一种符合生理、稳定的猪全胰十二指肠移植模型。方法　采用手术切除受体胰腺 ,制造Ⅰ型糖尿病模型。移植物的门静脉与受体门静脉或肠系膜前静脉吻合 ;移植物的腹主动脉下段与受体腹主动脉下段吻合 ;十二指肠与受体空肠吻合。结果　 16例动物移植后效果满意 ,胰腺功能良好。同时 ,猪的免疫和胰腺解剖与人极为相似。结论　在胰腺移植的研究中 ,猪全胰十二指肠移植是较理想的动物模型。Objective To establish a kind of stable whole pancreatoduodenal allotransplantation model coinciding with physiology.Methods IDDM model was made by resection of pancreas of the recipient.The portal vein of the donor was anastomosed to the anterior mesenteric vein (equal to the superior mesenteric vien) or the portal of the recipient via end to side;The lower part of celiac axis was anastomosed to each other;By end to side fashion,the duodenum of donor was anastomosed to the jejum of the recipient.Results Satisfactory results were obtained in 16 cases and the function of the pancreas was good.At the same time,the dissection of pancreas and immunity of the porcine is similar to human.Conclusion In the study of pancreatic transplantation,porcine whole pancreatoduodenal allotransplantation model is an ideal animal one.
