摘  要:目的 探讨SD鼠颌下腺细胞在蚕丝和胶原海绵支架上生物相容性 ,为颌下腺组织工程中支架选择提供依据。方法 体外培养SD鼠颌下腺细胞 ,传至第 2代 ,将浓度为 5 0× 10 6/ml细胞分别接种在蚕丝和胶原海绵支架上。于接种后 1、3、5、7d取材 ,进行细胞计数、倒置相差显微镜及扫描电镜观察等。评价颌下腺细胞在蚕丝和胶原海绵支架上生长情况。结果 颌下腺细胞在蚕丝与胶原海绵支架上均能黏附增殖及分化 ,在胶原海绵上生长较佳。结论 蚕丝和胶原海绵均可为组织工程化颌下腺体外构筑的支架材料 ,但胶原海绵更优于蚕丝。Objective To studuy the biocompatibility on silks and collagen sponges in submandibular gland tissue engineering.Methods Submandibular gland cells of rats were isolated with pancreation digestin,and then cultured in vitro.The cells were subcutaneously injected into silks and collegen spongs.The number of cells was counted and the histological changes were observed with HE staining and under scanning electronic microscopy after 1,3,5,7 days.Results Submandibular gland cells could be attached to and extended on both silks and collagen sponges,normally grown and proliferated,had active function.The submandibular glard cells grew on the collagen spongs better than on the silks.Conclusion Both silks and collagen sponges have good biocompatibility with submandibular gland cells,and they can be used as the scaffolds for submandibular gland tissue engineering.
