复方丹参、葛根素加入低分子右旋糖酐静滴致皮肤瘙痒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对复方丹参、葛根素分别与低分子右旋糖酐配伍(简称低右)使用时致皮肤瘙痒进行临床观察,为临床合理用药和护理观察提供依据。方法165例手外科、骨科的住院患者分成3组:术后使用复方丹参+低右组、术后使用葛根素+低右组及低右组,在用药后观察与记录各组患者的瘙痒发生人数、发生时间、持续时间和程度等情况。结果复方丹参+低右组的瘙痒发生率高于葛根素+低右组和低右组,复方丹参+低右组和葛根素+低右组所致瘙痒的持续时间和程度也有不同,而瘙痒发生的时间无差别。结论葛根素、复方丹参与低分子右旋糖酐配伍使用时易致皮肤瘙痒的发生,临床配伍时应慎用。Objective To observe skin itch caused by Salviae miltiorrhiza radix complex or Kakonein associated with Dextran 40 and to explore proper method of using Salviae miltiorrhiza radix complex, Kakonein and Dextran 40. Method 165 cases of patients were randomly divided into three groups; group I (Dextran 40 and salviae miltiorrhiza radix complex being used postoperation), group II (Dextran 40 and Kakonein being used postoperation), and group Ⅲ(Dextran 40 being used postoperation).The patients with skin itch were carefully observed and the rate, the beginning time, the lasting time and the degree of skin itch were carefully recorded. Results The rate of skin itch of group I was higher than that of group II and group III. There were significant differences about the lasting time and the degree of skin itch between the group I and group II, but no significant difference about the beginning time of skin itch. Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhiza radix complex or Kakonein associated with Dextran 40 are apt to result in higher rate of skin itch; and shiud be used cautionsly.
