摘　　要：报道了36例支气管扩张大咯血的患者行气道内球囊导管置入术治疗前后的护理,认为术前做好充足准备和心理疏导,术中密切配合及严密观察病情变化,术后对导管特殊护理,防止粘膜坏死等并发症,是取得成功的有力保证。Based on their experience of nursing 36 patients suffered from bronchiectasis with great haemotysis treated by inserting bronchus-blocking catheter, the authors considered the nursing measures as follows: preoperative sufficient preparation and psychological alleviation, close cooperation during operation and close observation of disease conditions, and the special nursing for the bronchus blockers to prevent the mucous membrane necrosis or other complications are contributive to the operation.
