摘　　要：目的评估恶性肿瘤患者社区心理干预效果.方法采用回顾性对照法将79例恶性肿瘤存活患者分为两组,2003年7月～2004年1月实施社区心理干预患者37例为心理干预组,2003年1月～2003年6月未实施社区心理干预患者42例为未心理干预组.社区护士进入家庭,利用个别心理干预和集体心理干预措施,改变患者身心不良状态.结果开展社区心理干预前后两组效果比较,P＜0.05或P＜0.01,有显著性差异,说明实施社区心理干预组效果比未实施心理干预组提高.结论对恶性肿瘤患者进行专业的社区心理干预是行之有效的,也是必需的.objective To evaluate the effect of community psychology nursing for patients with malignant neoplasm. Methods Retrospective comparison method was adopted. From7,2003 to 1, 2004, 37 patients with malignant neoplasm receiving community psychology nursing were selected as observation group; while form 1, 2003 to 6, 2003, 42 patients with malignant neoplasm without receiving community psychology nursing were selected as the control group. Community nurses went into patients' home, performed nursing intervention by using individual and collective psychology and altered patients' negative psychological status. Results There were significant differences before and after the application of community psychology nursing intervention, which showed better result was achieved after the application. Conclusion Community psychology nursing intervention is effective and necessary for patients with malignant neoplasm.
