治疗性血液成分单采术患者的护理

摘　　要：总结了88例次治疗性血液成分单采术患者的护理体会。术前保持环境清洁,作好心理护理,检查患者外周浅表大血管情况,必要时先行经皮深静脉插管术,避免术中反复多次静脉穿刺;术中密切注意机器运转情况,予以心率及血压监护,严密观察患者病情变化,及时补钙,设定适宜的采血速度,积极预防和处理低血钙等各种不良反应;术后继续观察,预防迟发性低血钙、过敏反应等并发症,提高治疗效果。The paper summarized experience of nursing 88 cases that undergoing the therapeutic hemapheresis. Keeping environmental clean, performing psycological nursing, examining superficial blood vessel were made before operation. When necessary, central vein catheterization should be made in order to avoid repeated vein puncture during operation. The paper emphasized paying attention to the work of machine, inspecting heart rate, blood pressure and state change of patient, adding calcium timely, installing suitable blood taking speed, preventing and treating various harmful reaction, such as hypocalcemia, during operation. After operation, further observation and prevention of complications, such as hypocalcemia and allergic reaction, are necessary in order to raise curative effect.
