热羊毛脂按摩辅助治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨用热羊毛脂按摩法辅助治疗新生儿皮肤硬肿症的临床效果。方法将62例新生儿硬肿症随机分为羊毛脂按摩组和常规组,每组各31例。两组都采用保暖、抗感染、口服维生素E、保证充足热卡等综合治疗方法。羊毛脂按摩组在采用常规组综合治疗方法的基础上将羊毛脂加热成液状,涂擦于皮肤硬肿处并用双手揉捏按摩,用力适度。观察两组皮肤硬肿变软消退的情况。结果羊毛脂按摩组第2天皮肤开始变软,第4～5天硬肿全部消退,疗程明显缩短(P<0.001);总有效率更高,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论热羊毛脂按摩是辅助治疗新生儿硬肿症的有效方法。Objective To explore clinical effect of massage by hot lanolin in assisted treating sclerema neonatorum. Methods 62 neonates patients with sclerema neonatorum were divided into massage group and control group randomly and evenly. In addition to comprehensive therapy applied in both group, including: keeping warm, anti-infection, taking vitamin E and supplying sufficient calorie, patients in massage group took massage by hot lanolin. The bump of neonates was smeared with hot lanolin which was heated into liquid and was massaged with both hands in moderate way. Afterwards, the bumps of two group were observed. Results The bump skin in massage group began to soften on the second day and completely disappeared on the 4th～5th day, which was significantly different from that of control group. Total effective rate was significanty higher in the massage group than that of control group(P<0.001). Conclusion Massage by hot lanolin is effective therapy in assisted treating sclerema neonatorum.
