强制戒毒的海洛因依赖者康复期转变动机的调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解强制戒毒的海洛因依赖者在康复期的转变动机。方法 :采用自拟的调查问卷对在我院强制戒毒 ,已进入康复期的 10 0例海洛因依赖者进行问卷调查。调查内容包括对毒品相关危害的认知 ,躯体脱毒后的心理状况 ,是否采取行动进一步转变等。结果 :在康复期对戒毒具有不同心理状况的群体在毒品危害的认知程度上差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;戒毒者中不同的行动状况的群体在心理状况上差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :强制戒毒的海洛因依赖者缺乏改变的动机 ,自我效能感低下 ,在制定治疗康复计划时应予以重视。Objective: To survey the motivation of heroin addicts for change at the stage of recovery during compulsory detoxification. Methods: The survey was carried out at the stage of recovery of 100 heroin addicts who were treated in Beijing Ankang Hospital Detoxification Center with a self-reported questionnaire. The contents of the questionnaire included recognition problems, ambivalence about change and taking steps to change. Results: There were significant differences among patients with different psychological status of detoxification in the degree of knowledge about drug abuse induced harm(P<0.05); there were also great differences in psychological status among the patients with different behavioral status(P<0.05). Conlusion: Heroin addicts who are forced to detoxify are lack of motivation for change. Their self-efficacy is very low. Attention should be paid to this point when treatment starts.
