摘 要:目的 通过了解地方性氟病区部分农作物氟含量 ,探讨地方性氟中毒发病原因。方法 用酸浸溶解法和氟离子电极法 ,测定贵州织金县兴寨村 (氟病区 )部分农作物的氟含量 ,并设广西百色市 (非病区 )为对照组。结果 织金县的稻谷壳、稻杆、玉米杆、玉米叶的氟含量均显著高于百色市 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;玉米、大米的氟含量也显著高于百色市 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 织金县部分农作物的氟含量超过非病区百色市 ,是发病区人群发生氟中毒的主要原因。Objective To study the fluorine content in some crops in endemic fluorosis area and the disease cause of endemic fluoride poisoning. Methods An acid infusion solution method and a fluorine ion electrode technique were used to determine the fluorine content in some crops in Xinzhai village (endemic fluorosis area),Zhijin,Guizhou province ,then a content comparison of Bose (non-disease area) and Zhijin had been done. Results The fluorine content in rice hull,rice shaft,corn shaft and corn leaves of some crops in Zhijin county were higher than those in Bose city (P<0.001);the fluorine content of the corns and the rice were also statistical significantly higher than those in Bose city (P<0.001). Conclusion The fluorine content in some crops in Zhijin county surpassed those in Bose city,it is the major cause of endemic fluorine poisoning.
