摘　　要：胚挽救技术在葡萄无核、三倍体育种及获得远缘杂种,缩短育种周期和提高育种效率等方面具有重要的作用。本文对胚挽救技术及其在无核葡萄育种上的应用,以及影响胚挽救的因素进行了综述,并对其今后研究和应用提出展望。Embryo rescue techniques play important role in breeding seedless, triploid types as well as obtaining distanthybrids, shortening breeding cycle and improving breeding efficiency. The advances of embryo rescue technique and itsapplication in seedless grape breeding, as well as several factors affecting embryo rescue were summarized in this paper. Besides,the problems for future research and application of the technology were discussed.
