摘　　要：介绍了钢结构住宅的特点,并以河北省第一个钢结构实验区为例进行造价对比分析,阐述了钢结构住宅的发展前景和应解决的问题。This paper introduces the characteristics of steel structuure resident buildings and compares steel structure with others through the first testing district of steel structure resident houses in Hebei province. This paper shows the future of the development and puts forward the matters needing solution in steel structure.
