摘 要:目的研究乳酸杆菌产生的微环境对阴道毛滴虫的影响并建立实验性阴道毛滴虫动物模型。方法在阴道毛滴虫生长高峰期加入乳酸,观察阴道毛滴虫在不同乳酸浓度(0.5%、1%、2%)的肝浸汤中的死亡情况,全部死亡后做72h滴虫复苏实验,获取酸度与滴虫间的关系;根据上一步乳酸实验得到的数据,于滴虫生长高峰期分别加入3.0×108/ml的乳酸杆菌0.25ml,0.5ml,1.0ml,2.5ml,观察不同乳酸杆菌浓度的培养基中滴虫死亡情况;将阴道毛滴虫接种于小鼠腹腔,观察小鼠形态如毛发、体形、精神状态变化,以及腹腔脏器病理改变。结果0.5%、1%、2%乳酸浓度下阴道毛滴虫经2h全部死亡,但0.5%浓度组的滴虫复苏成功;乳酸杆菌浓度为0.5×108/ml时比其他浓度组中滴虫的死亡率明显要高;感染阴道毛滴虫的小鼠出现一系列病态症状,并有一系列病理改变。结论1%、2%的乳酸浓度对阴道毛滴虫有杀灭作用,但乳酸浓度为0.5%时对滴虫仅有抑制作用;0.5×108/ml的乳酸杆菌对阴道毛滴虫生长的抑制作用最强。阴道毛滴虫具有较强的致病力,采用腹腔接种可建立可靠的动物模型。Objective To study the effect of microentironment, which was made by lactobacillus, to Trichomonas vaginalis, and set up a mouse experimental model of Trichomonas vaginalis infection.Methods T.vaginalis was cultured with different concentration, 0 5%, 1%and 2%, of lactic acid and the number of dead T.vaginalis was count under microscope.Recovery experiment was performed after 72h. The effect of lactobacillus on the survivalship of T.vaginalis cultured at different concentration of lactic acid was studied by adding 0 25ml, 0 5ml, 1 0ml or 2 5ml lactobacillus (3 0×108/ml) to the culture. The changes of behavior, hair, and abdomen were observed on T.vaginalis infected mice daily and abdominal abscess and ascites were examined immediately after death for living T.vaginalis.Results T.vaginalis were all dead in 0 5%, 1%, 2%lactic acid within 2 hours, but the group of culturing in 0 5%lactic acid showed a positive result in the recovery experiment. The average dead number of T.vaginalis in culture with lactobacillus at a concentration of 0.5×108/ml was much higher than other groups. Pathological behaviors were appeared in infected mice, such as hedgehogoid hair, abdomen expansion, and lassitude. Abscesses were found in the surfaces of peritoneum and abdomen organs. Conclusions 1%and 2%lactic acid have a lethal effect on T.vaginalis while 0 5%lactic acid only showed a biostatic effect. Lactobacillus at a concentration of 0 5×108/ml has much better biostatic effect on T.vaginalis. T.vaginalis is pathogenic to mice. Inoculation in abdominal cavity of mice with T.vaginalis can be used to set up an ideal animal model of T.vagnalis.
