糖尿病肾病PGE_1脂微球治疗对急性时相蛋白与尿白蛋白排泄率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo-PGE1)对糖尿病肾病血清C-反应蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率的影响及其意义。方法对诊断为糖尿病肾病的患者每日静滴或缓慢静注lipo-PGE120～40μg,连续应用20d,检测患者治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的变化。结果糖尿病肾病患者治疗后CRP及UAER均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论Lipo-PGE1可以使糖尿病肾病患者的CRP和UAER明显降低,改善糖尿病肾病患者的尿白蛋白排泄量。Objective To investigate the effect of Lipo PGE1 treatment on the C reactive protein(CRP) and urine albumin excretion rate(UAER) of the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Method The recommended dose for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy was a single dose of 20～40μg Lipo PGE1 per day by the intravenous injection for 20 days. The levels of CRP and UARE were compared before and after treatment. Result The levels of CRP and UAER were lowered after treatment(P< 0 01,P< 0 05).Conclusion Lipo PGE1 treatment can reduce the levels of CRP and UAER in the patients with diabetic nephropathy.
