摘  要:目的 探讨电刺激小脑顶核干预脑栓塞大鼠心脏自主神经功能紊乱的影响。方法 ①以大鼠右侧大脑中动脉阻塞为模型 ,用心率变异性分析方法 ,观察脑栓塞大鼠的心率变异性 (heartratevariability ,HRV)的时域、频域和混沌参数值。②将 60只脑栓塞大鼠随机分成电刺激小脑顶核治疗组和非治疗组 ,观察脑栓塞大鼠的心率变异性变化。结果 ①脑栓塞后 3、5、10d组的心率变异性频域参数值、混沌特征参数值降低 ,与假手术组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。②当电刺激脑栓塞大鼠小脑顶核时 ,发现从第 3天开始心率变异性频域参数值、混沌特征参数值增加明显 ,与非治疗组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 电刺激小脑顶核可改善大鼠脑栓塞后心脏自主神经功能紊乱。因而对防止大鼠脑源性猝死具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effects of cerebellum fastigial nucleus stimulation (FNS) on right middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats with autonomic cardiovascular function disturbances. Methods MCAO model was employed in this study. A total of 60 MCAO rats were randomly divided into FNS group and non cerebellum fastigial nucleus stimulation group (NFNS). The time domain, power spectral components, and chaos of heart rate variability (HRV) were analyzed. Results The power spectral components and chaos of HRV at 3, 5, and 10 d after MCAO were significantly lower than those in the sham group ( P <0.05). At 2 and 3 d after cerebellum fastigial nucleus stimulation, the power spectral components and chaos of HRV were higher than those in NFNS group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Cerebellum fastigial nucleus stimulation may improve MCAO rats with autonomic cardiovascular functional disturbances and may also play a very important role in the prevention of cerebrogenic sudden death of rats.
