摘　　要：针对新疆地区的复杂形势 ,论述了加强卫勤机动力量建设是未来高技术战争军事斗争准备的需要 ,是新疆地区多种自然灾害救援及突发事件应急保障的需要 ,是军队履行戍边维稳职责的需要。分析了新疆地区卫勤保障的特点 :行动突然 ,时间紧迫 ;成分复杂 ,协调困难 ;方向不定 ,力量分散 ;伤情难料 ,消耗量大 ;社会依托差 ,药材供应难 ;战场环境差 ,保障要求高 ;防护能力弱 ,野外生存难。提出了卫勤机动力量建设构想 :1适当调整卫勤机动力量结构。2卫生装备要适应现代战争需要。3信息保障实现远程化、适时化。 4卫勤力量抽组机动灵活。 5卫生专业救治技术要有新突破。In accordance with the complex situation in Xinjiang area, the author illustrated that strengthening construction of mobile force of medical service was the need for future high tech war preparedness, for emergency support in sudden event and calamities in Xinjiang area, for duty of maintaining stable in border. The author analyzed the characteristics of medical support as sudden in action, urgent in time, complex in forces, difficult in cooperation, indefinite in orientation, separate in forces, unexpected in wound, huge in consumption, poor in social support, difficult in medicinal supply, tough in war situation, high standard in support, poor in defence, hard in field existence. Therefore, the author put forward tentative plan on establishing mobile forces of medical support. Firstly, adjust structure of mobile forces. Secondly, health equipment should meet the need of modern war. Thirdly, information support should be long-distance and live. Fourthly, extracting force of medical service should be mobile and flexible. Fifthly, technique of cure should be innovative. Sixthly, have proper ability of existing and defending.
