摘　　要：结合演习卫勤保障实践 ,总结联合战役演习卫勤保障的特点 ,一是未来联合作战对卫勤保障快速反应和应急能力提出更高要求 ;二是伤员的救护和后送难度增大 ;三是卫勤保障的组织指挥与协调复杂。针对现场救治技术要求、伤员后送问题、协调工作的重要性等提出了见解 ,并就建立伤员救治与后送网络。The author summed up characteristics of medical support in joint maneuver with practice as followed: Firstly, joint war in future makes higher demand on rapid reaction and emergency of medical support; Secondly, it became more difficult in rescue and evacuation of wounded; Thirdly, it is complex in organization and command of medical support. The author put forward viewpoints in accordance with requirement of first aid, evacuation of wounded, coordination, and gave suggestions on establishing rescue and evacuation network of wounded, enforcing construction of supporting team,flexible and effective organization and command system.
