阿魏酸钠联合贝那普利治疗临床糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察阿魏酸钠联合贝那普利治疗 2型糖尿病患者临床糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法　选用 2型糖尿病并临床糖尿病肾病患者 6 0例 ,随机分为治疗组、对照组各 30例 ;对照组用贝那普利 ,治疗组应用阿魏酸钠联合贝那普利治疗 ,疗程 12周。结果　治疗组降低尿蛋白 ,改善肾功能作用明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且在降血压、调脂、改善血糖方面的作用亦明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　阿魏酸钠联合贝那普利能较好地改善和保护肾功能 ,减少尿蛋白 ,且对 2型糖尿病肾病患者血压、血脂、血糖均有良好的作用 ,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium ferulate(SF) combined with benazepril on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with clinical diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Sixty T2DM patients with clinical DN were randomly divided into two groups , thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with SF combined with benazepril; the other thirty patients in the control group were treated with benazepril only, with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups. Results The effects of reducing proteinuria and improving renal function in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P< 0.05 ); the effects of reducing blood pressure and improving blood glucose and blood lipid were superior to those in the control group, too(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion SF combined with benazepril is effective in treating T2DM with clinical DN, which can protect renal function,reduce proteinuria, decrease blood pressure and improve blood glucose and blood lipid, deserving clinical application.
