摘　　要：目的建立蝉蜕止咳颗粒中紫菀酮的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法测定蝉蜕止咳颗粒中紫菀酮的含量,以石油醚(60～90℃)-醋酸乙酯(19∶1)为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇为显色剂,在490nm波长处测定。结果紫菀酮线性范围为0.96～5.76μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.67%,RSD=0.77%。结论该方法准确、重现性好,适用于蝉蜕止咳颗粒中紫菀酮的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Shionone in Chantui Zhike Granules.Methods The determination of Shionone was performed at 490nm by TLC Scanning,with Petroleum ether∶ethyl acetate(19∶1)as developer and 10 %ethanol sulfate as color-developing agent.Results The linear range of Shionone was in the range of 0.96～5.76 μg and r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.67 %and RSD was 0.77 %.Conclusion This method is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Chantui Zhike Granules.
