摘　　要：通过查阅资料法、数理统计法的 ,研究结果表明助跑是一个整体 。Two viewpoints of the influence of run up's veracity in long jump exist. One is that it is quite important during the last several steps, on the contrary of another viewpoint. By using the method of documentary and mathematic statistics, This article carries on the research of run up in long jump. The result shows that run up is a whole part, it will lead to failure if any part of it is missing or unperfect. The veracity of run up has an important role after the new rule implemented.
