摘　　要：结合项目管理及软件工程等相关知识,提出了软件开发项目管理模式。为了对软件开发过程进行有效的管理,提出开发过程的可视性,进行了软件开发过程的全方位度量活动,以促使软件组织的自身过程能力不断得到改善,度量体系日臻完善。Software development project management mode is put forward by using both the project management knowledge and the software engineering knowledge. In order to control the software development process efficiently, the process visibility is proposed, and the metrization action of software development process in its entirety is taken so as to gradually improve the metrization system and the ability of software organization process in itself.
