摘 要:测量了使用溶胶 凝胶工艺制备的 (Bi0 5Na0 5) 1 -xBaxTiO3(x =0 0 0 ,0 0 4 ,0 0 6 ,0 0 8,0 12 )系陶瓷的介电、压电、铁电和热释电性能 .由于使用了溶胶 凝胶工艺制备的粉料 ,因此所有样品的压电性能都得到了较大提高 .其中(Bi0 5Na0 5) 0 94 Ba0 0 6 TiO3系陶瓷具有该系列最大的压电常数 ,d33=173× 10 - 1 2 C N ,与传统工艺相比 ,d33提高了近4 0 % .同时 ,在一定范围内 ,随Ba含量的增加 ,材料的剩余极化Pr 和矫顽场Ec 逐渐减小 ,退极化温度逐渐降低 .对于 (Bi0 5Na0 5) 0 94 Ba0 0 6 TiO3系陶瓷 ,剩余极化和矫顽场分别为 2 5 μC cm2 和 2 8kV cm ,退极化温度约为 80℃ .The dielectric, piezoelectric, ferroelectric and pyroelectric properties of (Bi 0.5Na 0.5) 1-xBa xTiO 3 (x=0.00,0.04,0.06,0.08, 0.12) ceramics prepared by sol-gel method were investigated. It was found that all the samples in this experiment show improved piezoelectric properties,obtained by using this chemical method. For (Bi 0.5Na 0.5) 0.94Ba 0.06TiO 3 ceramic, as its composition is near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB), it shows the largest piezoelectric constant, d 33=173×10 -12C/N, which is about 40% improvement compared to the conventional processed ceramics in this system. In addition, from the ferroelectric and pyroelectric measurements, the remanent polarization P r, coercive field E c and depolarization temperature T d of the (Bi 0.5Na 0.5) 0.94Ba 0.06TiO 3 ceramic were found to be 25μC/cm2, 28kV/cm, and 80℃, respectively.
