心肌致密化不全的超声诊断及临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨超声心动图对心肌致密化不全 (NVM)的诊断价值及临床意义。方法　采用东芝 PV6 0 0 0 ,Vivid7彩色多普勒超声仪 ,探头频率 2～ 4 MHz,检查 6例年龄 5～ 6 1岁患者。结果　 6例患者均为左室型NVM,表现为左室腔内的异常突出增粗的肌小梁及其间深陷的小梁隐窝 ,其中 1例合并室间隔缺损和肺动脉高压。结论　NVM具有特征性声像图表现 ,超声心动图在无症状阶段即可发现病变 ,是诊断Objective To discuss the diagnosis value and clinical significance of echocardiography in noncompaction of ventricular myocardium(NVM).Methods Toshiba PV 6000,Vivid 7 and color ultrasound system with 2 4 MHz transducers were used for 6 patients between 5 61 years old.Results among the 6 patients with NVM were showed obviously on echocardiography characterized by excessively prominent myocardial trabeculae and deep intrabecular reccesses in the left ventricular cavity.One of the six complicated with ventricular septat defect and high pulmonary artery pressure.Conclusions NVM had typical ultrasonic appearance on echocardiography.We can find out the NVM manefestations on echocardiography even if patients do not have any symptoms.It is a reliable and convenient way for diagnosing NVM.
